We have been adopted

Last Friday my kids befriended a stray kitten. Well we think he is a stray, and he appears to be under a year old. He still has his distinguishing male feature so I'm assuming he doesn't have an owner. Still, I put a found ad on Criags List to attempt to find an owner if there is one. The girls decided to feed him, and he hasn't left since. He hasn't been allowed to live inside our house, I'm not sure if he's had his shots.

Adam is a little apprehensive on taking in a second cat. It took a lot of pleading to adopt the cat we already have. There is also the little problem of the cat hissing at Adam every time he sees him. He doesn't hiss at any of us though. Maybe once he's fixed he'll like Adam better. If we are unable to keep him then we will have to make sure we find him a good home. He's very sweet and lovey and well behaved for a stray.

The girls have named him Garfield, and if he sticks around for a few more days, I'm going to have to take him to the vet. He's a lot like our other kitty, Jax. He plays outside with the kids all day and follows them around. He ran into our house a couple of times, and found the cat food right away and also the litter box.
