Coin Purses

I made the cutest little coin purses for Mother's Day this year; they were so easy to make. I'm planning on doing a tutorial soon. I had found a couple of DIY instructions and changed it to fit my own preferences. Here are a couple of pictures of the ones I made.

    Those are so so cute!

    I know that next mother's day is a long ways away (I call it 'Ladies' Christmas in May' because I have mothers, in-laws, grandmothers, 'steps' in all directions, people who are like mothers to me, etc.!)

    I had an idea that if you had any of the extra fabric left over, you could obtain some of those inexpensive little plastic photo albums and cover them with the same cloth as you did the little coin purses. Then you could pick out photographs to go in each, specialized for each mom! That way her coin purse can match her photograph brag book and she can carry both in her purse!

    Oh! Sorry to 'double dip post,' but the girls could help out by taking pictures of each other and helping each other pick the photographs for each mini-album!
